transparent eyeball

in the story nature emerson refers to himself as a transparent eyeball. my first time reading it i really didnt know what he meant he really went over my head at first. then i went back and read the story over and over again and the lines leading to this and after it. i believe hes referring his self as if he has God like skills in a way as in God sees everything. because right after that he says he sees everything then he also states he is part or parcel of God. so that statement really made me come to this conclusion. then he tie it in with nature and we all know God created nature. so when he talks about nature he goes deeper and talk about the beauty of it all which is nature itself. he talks about how you can be one with nature and the beauty of it will take you away from the world and it will almost make you feel as a child when you use to play and rome free in nature.
